The Upper Crust of Belgravia

There was a great little restaurant called The Upper Crust of Belgravia behind Harvey Nichols. I was wondering if it is still there? They had the best Shepherds pie.

The owner Manny Frank's has sadly passed but long term company Manager Tim Chilton probably knows the receipe. Funnily enough I was reading Manneys obituary which mentioned he was a director of Ealing Hotel school now Thames University where I and Tim attended, so you may be able to track him down through there!

Welcome Neil, thank you for posting something helpful and being the first to say something useful on this 14 year old thread - unfortunately it probably wont help the original poster as he last posted about 11 years ago, so may well never get to find this little nugget!

Unfortunately OP last posted 11 years ago, so may not see this, but you could PM him. One needs as many recipes as possible these days!

I did think about asking if Dionyssus Greek Take Away was still operating, but thought that would start a necroposting flurry
