Eye ticket availability
 
Are EYE tickets available upon demand, or are there days that are sold out.

Early Jan 2001, the tickets were sold out for 3 days in advance.

They sell Eye tickets on the "black market" in front of the eye. I don't know the price they charged for this tickets.

Hi,

I think the eye is closed during January for its annual checks and opens again in early February.

Prior to the closure for annual maintenance (1st Jan - 1 Feb) I'd had friends staying that were able to turn up and buy tickets with no more than a 45 minute wait.

Although I'm sure it will get much busier again when things warm up from March onwards.

Went on the eye in October. Bought tickets at the ticket office right beside it . Was on it within 30 mins. Just greatttt.
