423 Bus Reliability
As title I guess I’m in the Radisson on Bath Rd and need to be at T5 for 6ish tomorrow.

I’ve always used the N9 check on CityMapper progress of each bus. Takes 15 mins on each I’d personally go for 0447/0452 and then you’ve got 2 other contingencies and more with a change at Central Bus Station or get the Hotel Hopper directly.

If that is the Radisson Blu (there are 2 other Radissons...) then have this link handy:
https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/stop/490004149W/mondial-way/ That's the bus stop outside the Renaissance. The name always strikes me as appropriate as the first start of a trip somewhere. In my experience the timings are accurate. Then you can tell whether to take the 423, or the last of the Night Buses (which are faster) or the next service to Heathrow Central and then the Piccadilly line underneath. If the next 423 is more than 10 minutes and there is a Heathrow Central is much sooner, I tend to go that way. The complication for you here is that the tube interval may be longer than that, but at least you can make an informed decision. |
Thank you!
it’s the Radisson Red / Conference Centre. And I’m sufficiently risk averse for this particular flight that I’ll get a taxi if appropriate. |
Its reliable
you can get live departure info from every stop using the tfl website https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/route/423/?In...ction=outbound |
