Can I bring old motorcycle parts back from USA into UK

Hi I want to bring back from USA old motor cycle parts should I declare at customs UK what is the amount I have to pay on items over 40 years old

Also, make sure they are clean. If stored in oil, will need to be cleansed of that (for safety not Customs).
