Heathrow express £10 on Saturdays [in April]
Just walking through from the HEX at LHR and there are signs up promoting Saturday saver fare of £10.
I think you have to buy over the counter rather than by machine and I saw nothing at Paddington but didn't look as I was rushing for the train.

All the ticket machines were disabled (showing status "CLOSED") with signs saying "buy tickets from counter or new ticket machines" when I went through T5 on Saturday. So little choice but to use the counter, it seemed. I also noticed the GBP 10 weekend fare offer.
