DUB Help with VAT Refund

I'm flying out of DUB on Air Canada Rouge (Terminal 1) but the Global Blue refund desk is located airside on Terminal 2. Will I be allowed access to terminal 2 to get my VAT refund processed by Global Blue? Thanks!

Can OP get airside at T2 without a relevant BP, however? I don't think so. My recollection of T2 is that you have to be departing on a T2-based flight to get airside, and once you're in that zone, there's no going back.

Oops! Somehow I read DUB as LHR. Ignore my advice above.

It appears that you can walk between terminals airside.

There is also a link corridor once you have gone airside (past security screening).

I recall that there is a post box for refunds (doesn't apply to me so don't pay too much attention) in T1 on the pier that goes towards the gates they use for the London flights.

Yes, I can confirm DUB terminals 1 and 2 are linked airside.
