URGENT LONDON - Grainstore Apartments next to Excel London
 

Does anyone in London know if the Grainstore Apts. on Canary Wharf are still operating?

Their emails bounce, phone # doesn't work and the website is expired.

We have PAID reservations for tomorrow thru Agoda and can't get a hold of them. Neither can Agoda.

Please HELP. :(

There is a TripAdvisor report from 4 November. Not sure that is much help. What number are you calling?
One review suggests that the Concierge had gone home when they arrived so I wonder if that might be a problem with the phone?

I have a number from the Agoda Voucher and the hotel's page on Agoda and other Online Booking sites.

I also found an alternate Mobile # & email at the sister domain for the hotel. No luck.

I am going to ask Agoda to move my booking to another hotel in the area.

We are attending the Miss World Pageant on Sunday. My niece is representing Guam.

Small detail. Those apartments are at Excel. That's not the same location as Canary Wharf - quite a few miles between the two locations. Could be important if you're trying to follow directions or plan travel.

So, are they still operating?
