Olympic Riverbus
There seems to be a special Olympic Riverbus which I am considering using to get from the London Eye to Greenwich on Wendesday at approx 1000 - has anyone used it during the Olympics and if so what are the queues like for it? Thanks.

Bit late for the OP, but a timetable and prices and can be found here.
Even if you're not going to the games, and visiting London I can recommend taking the Thames Clippers for a great sightseeing experience. You don't get commentary, but the views are still the same! |
Ah yes, I went down there and it became apparent that you needed to have booked in advance. No dramas, went back and caught the train. Absolutely excellent information and help and you could not get lost getting to an event if you tried. Superb.

This may be a good place to mention that Water Chariots, the ludicrously overpriced canal boat service to Olympic Park from Limehouse Basin (or Tottenham Hale) this week quietly cut their prices - now instead of being £95, it's £20 return.
If you're interested in a slow way to tomorrow's sessions or the Paralympics, you can find details at http://www.water-chariots.co.uk/ |
They were charging how much??
So many easier ways to get there and cheaper. I had no problems on the DLR. |
