Only paid F class, Platnium FF, and Ambassador/Admiral's club members have access.

Thanks, I figured it would be so, but I thought it'd be worth a shot!

Please note that upgraded full fare Y passengers are also admitted.

How about in my situation, upgrade from a discount Q coach fare to F, and being a AA Platinum?
And, never having been in TWA F before, what can I expect? (SJC/STL/BOS on MD80) |

No entry to the AC unless you have an Adm. Club card on that fare. Too bad, since the AC in STL is rather nice. Service on the SJC-STL-BOS flight. Depends on the crew. Most are pretty professional and consciencous. For example, drinks are freshened quite frequently. No audio, no video, so bring a book http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif or a DVD player if you really need to be amused. Okay food. I think that the signature bean or coleslaw salad is present in all flight kitchens. I think I saw my February coleslaw reappear last month STL-SEA http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif. From STL-BOS, you may get a freshly baked cookie. The standard dessert at lunch out of seattle is an ice cream scoop (different flavors) covered in chocolate. Great leg room and good service and hopefully an on-time arrival. lala |
