Yes, it seems that there is a discrepancy between TWA minimum miles and AA minimum miles. It's uncertain how AA will treat that come November 30. It's also uncertain if they will consider the partner miles as qualifying. One point I made earlier is that I suppose as long as TWA Aviators has qualified you as Platinum until Feb 2003 that AA would/should/might match that.

One interesting thing that Socalterp pointed out on the AA board is that he used his AA number for an upgraded TWA flight and was given 1.5 Q miles even though flying on a discounted ticket.
