Upgrade Certificates...HELP!
 

aviators informed me that they are "phasing out" the purchasable upgrade certs that you can buy before the flight. Does this have anything to do with the unlimited upgrades available now? Prompt replies are appreciated since i am going from JFK to San Juan tomorrow! B/T/W, i was on hold for thirty minutes and was greeted by the rudest person that can be imagined....i guess that they are overworked and underpaid, but hey, i am a customer...you know the rest of my speech!

the upgrade certs will now be available mainly for upgrading your companions. read the twa topic "companion upgrade rules" last updated on 8mar99.

if you are an aviators' elite, just call the elite number and get a confirmed upgrade for tomorrow's flight - no cert needed.
