M&S Award Availability Discrepancy?
 
Due to TK's frustrating rule that award tickets issued online can only be in your name, I find myself having to call in to book reservations for 2+ people. However, the call center agents can't seem to find the space that I'm seeing as available on TK's own website. Any ideas of why or how to get around this? It's extremely frustrating.

This issue has been reported many many times in other threads. Idk how to get around it than just call again and hope the next agent will be able find availability.
