I have an Elite membership, and when traveling on THY or a Star Alliance ticket with my Miles&Smiles number (Revenue Customer) I am able to use my boarding pass to access fast-track security lanes, say for example, in London Heathrow T2. These are usually signposted as Star Alliance Gold
So my question is, if I am traveling on BA and, therefore, a non-revenue customer, on an economy class ticket. Can I use my digital membership card to use the fast-track lane?
Usually, you need to scan your boarding pass. How would this work at the automatic gate? Do I need to speak to a person?
Can I still do this with accompanying family members?
Thanks for any help you can give.

Apologies in advance if I have misunderstood your question but revenue or non-revenue, how do you consider yourself a TK costumer when you are travelling on BA?

I don't consider myself a TK customer (or Star Alliance) when traveling on BA. That is what I mean by non-revenue customer.
I still have Elite Membership with TK (Gold on Star Alliance) so my question is, can I still use the Fast Track lane even though I am not traveling on a Star Alliance ticket? If so how does this work?

So, the short answer is no.

Whether you are revenue or non-revenue is irrelevant. Although I think that you are mis-using the term non-revenue, which would normally refer to an airline employee flying standby.
You cannot use status from one alliance to obtain benefits on another... If you don't have status with BA or another Oneworld airline, you don't get fast track security when flying BA.

If you mean LHR, these are usually manned (esp. T2) by someone who checks that you have fast track privileges, before you can even enter the lane heading into the fast track area. This is moot either way for LHR though, as Star Alliance carriers are co-located at T2 and BA operates out of T3/T5. There's really no way to try to trick anyone at T3/T5 with Star Alliance Gold membership to get to Fast Track.
