MEX-CUN-IST

Hi there. Apologies if this has been discussed, but I couldn't find anything. A couple of questions about this flight.
1) Does TK use any lounge in MEX? (It seems United Club is closed, so not sure if there is any option)
2) Do you go through outbound immigration in MEX and stay onboard in CUN?
3) Is there any service on the flight from MEX-CUN? Since MEX-CUN is 10:05 departure, I am curious if I should eat breakfast before airport or if there would be a lounge or food on the flight.

Cheers for your help :-)

Hey, I'm booked on this flight in a few months. I only have an answer to 1) but am interested in the other answers.

Turkish uses the Grand Elite Lounge in Terminal 1 in Cdmx. It's an OK lounge, with an open bar, a not very attractive buffet, but also some (free) made-to-order breakfast options that are pretty decent. They have an excellent barista, so there's that. You can also ask for a golf car transfer to the gate!

3. Yes a breakfast snack, fruits, yogurt, etc…

My experience i that it is more like 2 not-too-big sandwiches. Booze is available but not advertised. The same crew is operating MEX-CUN and CUN-IST so they tend not to be too active to CUN as they a very long flight ahead. Use call button if you need anything extra

It sounds like it would be a good idea to eat a nice Mexican breakfast at the lounge beforehand - some enchiladas, fried eggs, etc, as it'll probably be 5 hrs between boarding at MEX and a proper lunch on the CUN-IST leg.

They can also 'print' your face on cappuccino foam lol
