LH *A Codeshare Flights Accrued on TK Miles?
I did some search but wasn't specifically able to find the answer.
I'm planning the following itinerary issued by Lufthansa, but in theory none with LH metal and instead operated by NH and ET (both *A carriers).
*HND-FRA LH 4919 11:05-16:20 789 N
- operated by All Nippon Airways -
*FRA-ADD LH 9694 22:05-05:55+1 350 Y
- operated by Ethiopian Airlines -
*ADD-FRA LH 9695 23:40-05:30+1 350 Y
- operated by Ethiopian Airlines -
*FRA-HND LH 4948 12:10-06:45+1 789 N
- operated by All Nippon Airways -
N is the booking code for Premium Economy, and Y for full fare Economy. According to M&S website, LH N gets 100% and LH Y gets 125% earning rate, but I'm a bit skeptical as the clause also specifically states the eligibility on LH metal only.
Does anyone have any experience where this has worked out? I do have a slight hope as they are still *A metals.

Miles are accrued according to the operating airline. So in your case you need to look up the Miles&Smiles chart for NH and ET respectively. Note that booking classes sometimes vary for the operating carrier: N on LH may not translate to N on NH. N on NH earns nothing, Y on ET earns 100%.

Indeed, it's confusing. Might just give it a try since all Premium Economy fares in NH seem to be fully accrued to TK miles anyway. Thanks!
