I've made a few redemption bookings recently (no thanks to the TK website) and the business class bookings show as Economy, I
I presume the booking really is in business class and this is just another TK website "feature"?

Yeah, I have a couple of those. Seats already selected in Business Class so the partner airline knows I am flying up front...
