PCR Negative PCRfor domestic Turkish traveler on THY?

Is a PCR negative result required for a Turkish national flying THY/ANADOLU on domestic flight?
Recent news somewhat contradictory.

If you are a Turkish citizen or have a YKN ( Yabancı Kimlik Numarası - Foreign ID number ) you wouldn't need a PCR test if your vaccine is registered at E-Nabız and if it's visible through your HES code.

ISTFlyer. Thanks for your prompt telly. This is for an UNVACCINATED Turkish National trying to fly without proof of vaccination or taking a long distance domestic coach.
A truly stubborn man!

The reality is that all big companies such as KamilKo ( Flixbus ), Metro, Pammukkale, Ali Osman Ulusoy, etc... are checking HES codes and vaccination details properly but some small companies that are based in the Eastern part of the country wouldn't even care about HES code verification ( thus vax and PCR as well ) and some people purposefully chooses these companies for this reason.

I heard that PCR negative is not required anymore for domestic flights and the news came out several days ago. Is that true? Please let me know. I don't know where i can find the official updates on that. Thank you

PCR tests are not required for vaccinated travelers or passengers who have been recovered from COVID within the last 180 days.
PCR tests taken at most 48 hours before departure are required for non-vaccinated travelers.

Turkey does consider vaccinated as 1 dose for J&J, 2 doses for Sinovac, BionTech Pfizer, Moderna, AstroZeneca, Sinopharm, etc... thus a booster is not required.

Previously, there was an attempt to remove PCR tests for non-vaccinated on domestic flights but that didn't went into effect.
