My re-qualification date was October 31, 2019.

I had a flight on November 1, 2019 which has been posted correctly - but the qualification bar did not move at all. In fact it seems to be stuck on the previous year qualification (i.e., showing the need for 37,500 miles and not 25,000 miles). I am *G until October 31, 2021.

No response from TK yet of what is the issue. I hope it would be fixed soon as I have the flights that would push me over the 25,000 miles next months (for another 2 years qualifications).

Hmm that's strange. My qualification period also starts on Nov 1st. When I sign into my account it shows:
The amount of Miles to maintain status
31 October 2018: 40,000
31 October 2021: 60,000
Isn't this a system glitch?

I have exactly the same error except it's end of September for me, it's probably 2020 (off by 2 years?).

Elite years shifted forward a month during the IT update last year. You might think that your new year was supposed to start on 1 November but TK might have other ideas.

Anyhow, they eventually fixed it for me, by moving my elite year end back to where it was supposed to be.

I had exactly the same problem TK solved it within 72 h and 2 mails.

My re-qualification was 30.09. and I had a flight on 2nd October, 19 which has been posted correctly in the list but the bar did not move (enough) and the counter did not recognize the flight.

I was missing something arround 500 miles.

Now, everything is fine. Just write TK a feedback.

I dont know the issue for sure, but my guess is as follows:

First qualifacation was 14th September 2015.
Flown more than 25k in the first year. The last Flight was von 30th September 2016 and has been credited 3 days later with the correct data (it showed up in my account on 3rd October 2016).
Since then it says in my statement table "Turkish Airlines miles have been corrected"

I believe, that it is a IT-glitch and that TK has to set it up manually .

I get similar results (which were there for quite a while btw):
The amount of Miles to maintain status
31 October 2018: 25,000
31 October 2021: 37,500

It really should be October 2020.

I think it's a glitch. Nothing to worry unless you drop a status.
As craigthemif mentioned in his post, the IT upgrade is not fully completed ( it has been almost a year that it started ).

Update - after several communications with TK it has been corrected. Of course one never knows if just waiting would have resolved it anyway.
