something wrong with mileage in fare rules?
Last year I booked two tickets BKK-IST-BRU business promotion booking code J and earned 8102 status miles each way as stated on the ticket.
I am using TK website to check 2019 booking, no promotion right now but normal fares business semi flexible or business flexible show 6002 status miles each way!!!! |

OK, thanks for that mileage table showing 135% for J booking code and 160% if I would be able to book some more J tickets.
But I am sure the website showed correct miles inquiring fare rule before I purchased tickets (also booked E and Q class ticket which showed correct miles before and after booking and flying). Thus website info is no longer correct, will buy tickets when I see next promotion.... Checking my third trip where I moved up to Classic Plus ticket shows correct miles for J code 135% although I got 160% because I purchased the ticket before having status. Thus now website is only showing 100% for a business class ticket.... |
In my experience the TK website has never shown the 160% Elite earning rate, just the standard 135%. I rather prefer seeing 100%, so that I can do my own calculations, instead of reversing out the extra 35% to add my 60% E+ bonus...

Even better today: no sight of any miles when booking any fare class, now miles versus fare is an important issue to maintain *A gold status. I guess this is an update of TK website.... |
