No "San Francisco" option in Miles & Smiles registration

I am trying to create an account for Miles&Smiles and as I enter my address, I realize there is a drop down menu for the city. Unfortunately San Francisco, where I reside, is not one of the options! I guess my only recourse is to call customer service and try to set up membership that way...unless anyone here knows a work-around? Thanks for your help!

This is a recurring theme and the workaround was always to pick the nearest big city for addresses in small/medium towns...but if there’s no San Francisco, I really don’t know what to tell you!

Well thanks for your reply! I have just selected "Civic Center" so hopefully that will be fine. Now I am having problems creating a password! I am only able to enter three characters, even though six characters are required...Any tips on that?

Never mind re: the password -- I used an all numerical one and it finally worked ;-)
Thankful for this forum!

Just wait awhile... Somewhere between post 5 and 2,000 you might come across some of the nastier participants on FT.

Welcome nonetheless. Hope you stick around and participate.

Dashlane password manager tells me "very unsafe" password....
My nearby main province town Udon Thani is also unknown to Turkish Airlines....

Your only options might be to
1) Register with help of a TK office
2) Fill out the physical form you get on the plane.

I had the same problem with cities in Denmark.

Luckily it's so hard for the legitimate member to use their miles that a scammer would give up in dispair...

The new system seems to have messed this up... I added South San Francisco instead of San Francisco. Zip code should still send stuff to my way..
