I think you problem lies with your standard Econ ticket. Fare classes, S,T,L,A,K do not qualify if they are domestic (would not be surprised if it includes US as well), see yellow highlights. Basically only International flights count, unless Flex or higher, then you will get domestic miles.

Thanks, it is nice to know that standard fares exist in V, G, W, I have only seen them in Flex, which is why I avoid AC if I can. Will take a closer look now, as I like the MLL's better than UC's.

It has been weird that I have some K class ticket successfully accuraled on AC - LGA-YYZ and YUL-LGA. I have had a credit on LGA-YUL once, but not YUL-LGA. Likewise, I did not have miles on YYZ-YUL on K class. Seems very weird for me.
26.10.2019 - Miles Accrued from 0703 26.10.2019 LGA - YYZ Y Flight - 250
27.02.2019 - Miles Accrued from 7628 27.02.2019 YUL - LGA Y Flight - 250
Although I was told US bound flight might be considered as domestic in terms of milage

I assume that TK should update their website indicating that USA-Canada flights are considered as transborder rather than international so no mileage accrual would be given for S, T, L, A, K, F fare buckets on USA-Canada flights.
