You can certainly book more than once as I booked a second flight LGW-IST in bed last night and I got the discount again (great value at £342 for a flight in J). If the discount button doesn't appear there is a box to enter the code TKSMART18.

Hope they apply the discount retrospectively for you...

It may may help those who haven’t tried it yet, that if you enter your credit card details and then proceed to the next stage you see the amount of discount applied before pressing the “pay” button so it is possible to cancel.

I tried to book 3 trips. Was only able to get a discount for 2 out of the 3. All in all, I got, on average, a 10% discount of the total tickets price

ORD-TXL-ORD

I got ORD-TXL-ORD 6/27 depart and 7/11 return in business for $2132 (was $2403 without the 15% discount). Very happy. My first TK long haul experience.

It worked out to around 10% off the total price for me. Summer prices out of LAX are insane, so this made it less painful.

I don't know how all of you pull this off the search errored out as soon as I entered the discount code evening before the 20th

I booked around 12pm CET on the 20th and luckily all went fine at the first try. I saved around 200 eur for two intra-europe J tickets

I was able to book one trip with a discount. Now I kind of regret I didn't book another more as they have the best route for an upcoming trip I am planning.. :/

Do they do these kind of promotions more often?

I don't have a great opinion about TK IT, and I am more surprised when it works than when not, but nonetheless it's really annoying when this kind of errors happen and you have a close deadline.
Did you try to reinstall the app by any chance?
