Inside it looks to me almost finished. The buildings inside check in area (Hotel?), seems to be far behind the other things.

One thing worth noting in this regard is how adamant the airport company and Turkish Airlines have been all this time that they will be operating the airport 48 hours after the October 29 opening ceremony. I would have thought that if they were going to delay it, they wouldn't have been announcing these opening day plans with such fanfare.

Although, with that said, it is coming up to election time in Turkey, so it may be worth keeping your ear to the ground in the month or so after the election results to see if a delay will be announced then; that will certainly be the more politically preferable time to make such an announcement.
