Transfer hit within around 10-12 hours after my submission.

There is not consistency. I made transfers from 2 of my citi cards within 5mins of each other.
One posted within 24hrs, the other took 48hrs. This was not done close to some sort of cut-off time (eg. midnight @IST) so I think its pretty random

Have you all included the “TK” prefix on your account number when entering a transfer on Citi portal?

Update: my transfer took about 20 hours (and I did include the TK prefix)

I added the "TK" to the Miles&Smiles account number. The transfer completed about 27 hours after I submitted it.
