Is there a name match between CITI and TK? And follow up questions, how often do they run the bonus? There was 30% bonus a few months ago.

When the transfer is complete, does it show in the Miles statement table?

Interestingly, when using the app it does not show this "empty line", but correctly shows the Citi transfer. It reads "CITIBANK USA Accrual".

Maybe a hiccup on the website? Have you tried the app?

Are you using the TK prefix when you transfer the miles?

Without the "TK" prefix. I believe it wasn't event possible to add it...

Without, but the name of the accounts don't match. Guess that's the problem.

Data Point:
Citi TYP ---> Turkish
Initiated 7/15/19 12pm (Mon)
Citi TYP indicated completed (from previous in process) on 7/16/19 (Tue)
Turkish credited miles to Smiles on 7/17/19 (Wed)

Basically 48hr turnaround.
TYP transfer was done with only numbers from my membership number (prefix "TK" was not typed in)
Same accountholder as TYP account however TYP name had a middle initial; Smiles name did not (no option to add); Result: Did NOT have any adverse consequences with this minor variance. John A. Doe vs John Doe

Hope that helps.

I can confirm they (now) name match, apart from what the the posted above mentioned (middle name initial).
