I see:

Elite Plus Calculator
Status miles earned in last 12 months 41.827
As of 30.3.2017 miles are required to be ugraded to Elite Plus. 38.173

Does this mean Ill get Elite Plus now, or do I need to do anything?

To Qualify:

Elite card holders need to reach 80.000 Status Miles within 12 consecutive months in order to qualify for Elite Plus Membership.
Elite Plus Card is valid for 2 years.

Renewal:

In order to re-qualify for Elite Plus membership, members need to collect 40.000 Status Miles either within the first year or 60.000 Status Miles within 2 years of the Elite Plus membership. Otherwise, the membership Status will be renewed as "Elite"
You will get E+ when you reach 80,000 status miles.

To be 100% specific: This is how many miles you personally still need to earn until you'll make the 80.000 to reach elite+
(and beacuse you already have 42.000 it's just 38.000 but you still Need to earn those).
