Delayed Luggage
 

Hello FT,

I flew THY from KHI-ORD via IST on the 28th. Turkish Airlines left my bag at Istanbul. I live in Minneapolis, MN and took my connecting flight after filing a claim. They said they will have it mailed to me. I have not yet received my bag and Turkish Airlines is "working on it, they have it located"

Am I entitled to any compensation?
Is there a phone# / email where I can escalate my issue?

You can send your bills for your expenses caused by the delayed baggage to TK, and they will compensate you for it.

Go buy some clothes if it still hasn't arrived :D

This happened to me once. It takes time for them to pay, but they eventually do it.
