In general, 777's are always lie flat, so are the A330-300's (I am happy to be corrected).
It is more difficult with the A330-200's as some of them have lie flat's and some have angled seats. AFAIK, there is no list where you can look up the registration and see the seatmap. SeatGuru isn't very accurate here...
Were you looking at a specific route?

Other forums on FlyerTalk have a wiki with such a list - like the BA or QR forum. If somebody wants to give it a try, we call all chip in with information we have.

Thank you. Yes, it is not very important. Just those IST-FRA, CDG, AMS, DUS etc I think you can get any 330 they have. From regional C 330-300 to longhaul C 330-300 and those 330-200s.
I think it is going to be a toss up in the air but flights are 2-3 hours anyway. I will survive. Just can't wait for their new C on 787-9 and 350-900.

I love detailed seat maps like those QR provided in their timetables back in the day.
Cheers.

Yes on those European routes you can end up with any configuration on the A330s.

And with QR... they are notorious for swapping their aircrafts last minute. Don't know how many times I was supposed to fly Q-Suite and ended up in their regular J product. 😂

Unfortunately Seatguru, not being accurate, would be your best source. However, it's missing some configurations.

If I have time, in the following months, I could help you.

Last minute aircraft changes are popular on TK so I won't rely on the J class product for European or Gulf flights.

Any idea whether the new separated IST to HAN & IST to SGN (TK163) flights operated by A330-200's will have lie flat seats or no? Expert flyer shows 3 rows of 2-2-2 for the flights.

The current triangle flight TK168 (Istanbul – Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi – Istanbul) seems to be operated by lie-flat aircrafts, I think there is a high chance that TK 163 will get lie-flats too (once it starts in September, I believe).

Some of the A332's have been upgraded with the latest J cabin, see report below:

https://flight-report.com/fr/report/...M-Istanbul-IST

The aircraft in question is TC-JNB

It also seems like it has the wifi dome.

True, you can consult the wiki in this thread to see which specific aircrafts have been updated.

Thanks for the hint, that's not reflected in our wiki yet...

I'm flying IST-MAN in business in September, with the aircraft type being shown as a 33J. I'd never heard of this particular type, so I Googled it and found this very informative thread.

I've selected seat 2K and am looking forward to flying this bird, though I expect I will be disappointed again when TK swaps it out for a 321, as they did from a 330 a couple of months ago for my flight to FCO.

For more details about 33J you could look at the WIKI at this thread;

By the way, A320 series to A330 swaps usually occur during the summer vice-versa. I once had an A333 to A319 change, 72 hours before the flight on the IST-MUC route.

Does anyone have any information on the 33S version? It doesn't match any seat map for the -200 nor -300. Expert Flyer is showing 7 rows of 2x2x2.

See,

They are ex-Skymark aircraft with recliner seats.
