TK on refundable tickets

TK on refundable tickets

Hey,
I'm looking at booking a flexible business ticket that is booked into D-class which according to the website should be fully refundable/changes permitted without any fees.

I'm a little hesitant, having read some bad reports about their customer service.

Has anyone ever gotten a refund from TK, and if so, has it been a painful ordeal or just gone smoothly? Do you need to visit an office for the refund or can it be done via website/call center?

Really appreciate some help :- ]

I'm guessing I answered you on businessclass.se earlier today, but in case you are not the same person, let me assure you it shouldn't be a problem. The call center has become a lot better last year.
