Horrible Turkish Airlines Checkin
I have five passengers going JFK-IST in Comfort Class tomorrow. I just went to check-in, wouldn't let me do each passenger individually. Also I found out our previously picked out seats were no longer together, so we have five people sitting individually, Rather than a row of 2 and 3. What a mess!

sounds like something the former Sabena (Such A Bad Experience, Never Again) would do asnd in the end, buying comfort class or other, they just don't give a damn................ perhaps TK should change it's name or better yet, take your future business to another airline..... or report your problem now http://www.turkishairlines.com/en-cy...r/sales-office

If my understanding is correct, all 5 of you were checking-in separately at different times? If you're booked as a group, you usually have to present yourselves altogether for check-in (not limited to TK, this is with most airlines).

Yes, I went to do the online check-in...and when I type the PNR code, and my infos...it only brings up one passenger. Stupid. Plus we are all sitting separately even though we are all under PNR
