seat allocation in /J/
Hi,
Made a booking with TK GOT/IST/JNB return. Asked TA for a seat allocation, he came back with cannot until ticketed. Never had that before, so is it the case of (a) lazy TA doing bare minimum unless not ticketed, or (b) strange TK quirk... Thanks! |

Thanks! Their computer system (Troya, based on BA BABS, but databased in Amadeus) is so outdated, that I do not believe TK can restrict seat map only for PNR's with e-tickets issued... |
