TK website broken? elite access to exit rows?
 

It has been a loooong time since I flew TK.

1) I can't get anything out of the website. I put in my orig/dest/dates, hit 'enter' and it keeps coming back with an error message asking for org/destination. I tried to pull them from the drop down (shouldn't make a difference), but got the same result.

2) I'm CO/UA elite. Are 'good' economy seats reserved for elites or is it a free-for-all?

3) any general comments about coach on TK? Looks like it will probably be LAX-TAS (Tashkent). Lot of flying, comfort's even more important than usual.

1) Not suprising - their IT is total fail.

2) Layman terms you would think that they would respect their most loyal customers but this doesn't seem to be so. Perhaps they just aren't available for the sake of just that they aren't available or their IT can't handle emergency seats(?) :rolleyes:

3) Hard product is great. In my opinion food is best across the industry in Y(by far margin when flying EX-IST). Leg room is good and you have your own IFE. Soft product tends to vary. Sometimes it's great, sometimes you just have to ask yourself "are these FA's serious?".

Emergency exits and bulkhead row seats are only assigned on day of departure. They cannot be assigned ahead of time.
