No questions asked at kiosk only picture taken

When I entered at DFW on Thursday with the Global Entry kiosk, I wasnít asked the standard questions. Instead after scan my passport and fingerprints I clicked an icon to take my picture. The standard acknowledgement receipt thingie (whatever itís called) printed out and I gave it to the Customs Agent and was passed through without incident.

Has the kiosk questions/procedures changed?

Last month entering the country at the kiosk it was the same as it always has been.

With GE 2.0, one does not scan their passport or fingerprints. The OP reports that: "...after scan my passport and fingerprints I clicked an icon to take my picture."

It's either a test of yet another procedure or a system glitch.

Seems like it is the GE 2.0.
Much better.
