Global entry's system migration broke my global entry access

A few years ago when Global Entry migrated their site, my global entry access seems to have broke because of it. Whenever I go through passport control now, I would have to stop by the officer as my tag would always be flagged. The last officer said it might have been due to a possible duplicate ID. I reached out to global entry, who basically just told me to <redacted by moderator> and didn't give me any help. Has anyone run into this problem and does anyone know how to fix?

Try the CBP Ombudsman or your Congress reps.
