Blockchain based Known Traveler Digital Identity to launch in July 2019

This was first announced at the World Economic Forum in January 2018. Seems that Accenture will launch it in July 2019 with Canada, Netherlands, Air France, and KLM as partners.

The first release in January 2018 mentioned voluntarily submitting documents to prove your identity/claims, etc..such as bank statements, college degrees, et al. Frankly I personally wouldn't be interested in submitting those, but if this could be seamlessly integrated (key words) with Global Entry/NEXUS/other global trusted traveler programs at little to no cost, then I'd be happy to sign up for that.
