Just realized my GE is revoked at kiosk

I just came back from cancun, mexico and when i tried the GE kiosk, it said my GE is revoked. I am so surpised. It has been working last 7 years. I renewed before and no problem too. It worked after renewal. I never had problems with wrong declaration with custom or any crime. They actually took me to regular line and made me go to secondary checking. They opened my bags etc. I never received any letter of revoking. Any idea? Who should I contact?

Do you think the revocation connects back to the following incident or something like it: Horrible deportation after secondary inspection ?

They're pretty strict about associating with bad guys, that might explain it.

Combined with something like this? Enter US with Visa waiver going to Cabo for 4-day trip?

What do those incidents have to do with OP? OP didn't get deported; the non-US citizen friend did.

Close association of sort with people considered to be in non-compliance of immigration/customs rules or even with other questionable history can lead to denial/revocation of GE membership.

Exclamation Moderator's Note

Folks,

It is time for the periodic reminder that the Trusted Travelers forum is informational.

Members come here in search of practical information and advice about applying for and using the various Trusted Travelers programs; please limit your postings in this thread to answering the OP's question about whom he should contact to find out the reason for the revocation of his Global Entry membership and any steps that he may take to have it restored.

Commentary, opinions and rants about the CBP belong in the Checkpoints and Borders Policy Debate forum.
