I lost my sentri card

I lost my sentri card, I already applied and pay the 25.00 fee. Do I have to go to an interview? or What is next?

As I understand the process, they will simply deactivate the old card, migrate your data to the new card and send it to you. I have found no explanation on how long it takes to get the replacement. If you have online access to your account information, I would reach out to the feedback/contact us info provided there to see if they have an idea of how long it usually takes. One thing to keep in mind, the processing time may be impacted due to the recent shut down - everything is running roughly a month behind, and they may be having to dig out from under a lot of stuff that has not been addressed for the entire month of January.

Thank You, that sounds very logic.
