NEXUS receipt showing ETA on entering Canada

Hi everyone,
Been having an issue with NEXUS over the last few months. I've been a NEXUS member since April 2018. I am a Canadian PR and travel to US on a visa (i.e., not a citizen of either country). In the first few months of NEXUS everything worked well. However, the last few months, when I use the NEXUS kiosks at YYZ (terminal 3), I get a NEXUS receipt that says eTA and asks me to report to immigration. Being a PR of Canada, eTA does not apply to me. So each time when entering Canada, I need to stop and show my PR card to the officer and he/she usually makes a change on the NEXUS receipt using a marker and I go on my way. Occasionally, an officer sends to me to immigration and I often to have wait there for a bit. After multiple instances of this, I went to the NEXUS office in Pearson and they said that my PR information on the system was lacking an expiry date and they said they updated it and all should be fine. I traveled again the following week and the same thing happened when entering Canada. Just wanted to know if anyone else has encountered this and if there might be a solution.

Thanks in advance!
