PreCheck not appearing on inbound US BP
Hi there,
Wondering if anyone has had this experience — I have GE and put my KTN on all reservations. In the past, boarding passes for flights to the US have had the Precheck indicator; it’s obviously moot because I’d be departing a foreign airport with no TSA, but I’ve noticed it’s been there regardless.
Today, flying back to the US from abroad, the indicator is not there for myself nor my daughter (both with GE and KTNs on the reservation.) No issues on our outbound flight.
Is this the new normal, a glitch, or an indication that something may be awry for us? The airline is Austrian.
many thanks in advance for any thoughts!!

Arrived at SFO from Frankfurt and entered the country with Global Entry without issues.
My boarding pass to SFO and my onward connection to LAX had PreCheck logo. However, when I presented my travel documents to the TSA agent I got a lecture that this queue is only for 'low risk' travelers that have been screened and I was not in the system... Fantastic!

TSA PreCheck on a frequent flyer ticket/different airline
Have had same problem twice, it seems. Booking a UA flight with AC Aeroplan from my account, my PreCheck works fine, but my husband's doesn't. When we tried it last week DTW-IAD, the UA boarding pass would not even work to get through security at all (we had to go back out to the ticket counter to verify, then back in line--still failed--supervisor passed him through. Reverse for a flight today IAD-DTW, and it appears the same error is occurring where PreCheck fails for him, somehow. Any suggestions? Other airlines (AF) seemed to work fine at IAD last week.
Any thoughts? Is it just a strange connection issue failing to pass information AC----UA?
