GOES Website Glitches and Technical Issues
Anyone else having trouble getting through to the "portal". I am trying to activate newly received GE cards. I keep getting some unrelated site (the server?). I am clicking on their links.

Try clearing your browser's cache. I don't know why, but this got me into the site a few days ago.

I think this thread should be retitled GOES Website Trouble.
Your problem could be another nationwide CBP system outage that plagues the TT programs with disturbing frequency. If this is the case you have no recourse but to wait for resumption of normal service.

I was never able to "activate" my GE card via the portal. I tried everything I could think of to do it except the clearing the cache. I may try that.

GOES Online Account Suspended - Can't Login
So I entered my password too many times incorrect, did a password recovery but failed to change the temporary password resulting into my account getting suspended.
I can't reach their helpdesk at all after many attempts and days. I get "Circuits Are All Busy" or "Number Cannot Be Connected" I've tried these numbers 1-202-835-8060, 1-855-873-4637, 1-877-227-5511
I have an interview next week and trying to figure what documents I need to bring to renew my Nexus card. I have my birth certificate, passport, drivers ID, Nexus card. I think I have to print out a letter that's available when logged into my GOES account but I can't log in. Anything else I need?
I sent a message using the form on the website but it could be weeks before it gets responded to.

I am having the same problem! The only time I can get through is when their offices are closed. Were you able to get through, or find another phone number?

Hi...I finally managed to get thru their hotline but I started calling the second their helpdesk opened (ph# 202-325-8060). I was 20th in line waiting about 25 mins before I talked to the agent. I had better luck on their non-toll free number as opposed to the toll free 855-873-4637

Same problem here. I keep calling the number (202-325-8060) and get the message: "Our info center is now closed". The website says they are open from 9 to 4 EST. I'll keep trying...

Advice Needed - GOES Account Suspended, Need to Schedule Interview
Need some advice or tips on getting thru to GOES customer service...
My GOES account is suspended on the website after putting in my password incorrectly a few months ago. My application is conditionally approved. Need to schedule my interview, but can't because can't get into the website.
When I try to reset my password, it says my GOES account is suspended and I need to contact customer service. Tried to get thru to customer service for 2 months and no success. Any tips?
I've tried the following without success:
1. Resetting my password myself.
2. Contacting customer service - Toll Free: 855-USE GOES (873-4637)
Outside the United States: 202-325-8060. THESE NUMBERS ARE ALWAYS BUSY. Anyone have a different number that has worked for them?
3. Sending an email to customer service. Sent 2 months ago. Said turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. Haven't heard back via email.
4. Contacting my local CBP / Global Entry Office. Left a message.

I have the same problem. My GE is still valid for a few more years, but Nexus expired. I tried for about a month, but could never get through. Tried email, no response. Stopped in a GE office, but they couldn't do anything.
Since I have a few Canadian trips coming up, I thought I'd give it another go.
