Got a rather strange situation here - applying for GE renewal (expiring next year)

Paid GBP42 for the border force fee (email received confirming the fee was processed) - this was in early August

I have yet to see a code for me to proceed for renewal - any idea how to seek assistance? I understand even if the background check is rejected (which I doubt) I should've received a notification of some sort.

Thoughts and comments appreciated!

It was a very efficient process. UK access code to full approval in 25 days.
Wow, amazingly lucky that you got a Zoom interview - I've been looking on and off for months to see if I could get one and have never seen one available.

Bookings always came available around 7am from memory.

They get loaded every day

Worked like a gem! Been struggling to find an email/contact point and they reverted with the code soon after my email. Thanks a lot!

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere. Arriving in BOS and hoping to do EoA. Flight arrives at 19.30 and office appears to close at 20.00. Travelling in first so hope to be off the plane quickly. What are the chances of getting approved in time? If not can I do this landslide at BOS? Returning from YUL would this be a possibility? I can't find any details of times etc on the GE website for YUL. Thanks

Please refer to the following thread:

Enrollment on Arrival is available only when going through passport controls when entering the US.For landside processing without having an appointment, please refer to the Global Entry Walk-In Interviews thread.

Quick question - I have submitted my application for GE and the website site says:
"Please remember to revisit our website for your application status updates. Notification of when you may schedule an interview appointment (if one is needed) will only be posted here."

Does that mean I have to keep checking the website to see when I have been conditionally approved or will they email me?
The website says application in progress - waiting for conditional approval. However I did not get any confirmation via email that I had submitted / completed my application.

For dual citizens (non-US):

Can anyone confirm if they have GE with a UK passport but use it with another passport + visa/esta to enter the US?

I doubt it. Global Entry is linked to a passport. Do you have both passports listed in your Trusted Travel profile? It used to be required to scan a passport. It may work now with facial recognition; however, it will likely associate your photo with your UK issued passport.

I have both passports on my ttp profile and in my "membership" tab. But only the UK passport under the "document proving you may enter US"

Off to the US next week thought I'd see if I could secure CE for GE (new application) before I travel.

18 Oct 08:00 - UK Border Force submission
18 Oct 23:00 - UK Border Code received
19 Oct 01:00 - GE renewal form submitted via TTP
21 Oct 04:00 - Conditional approval received
