Update: 120 day limit to select NEXUS interview date still in effect
Update: the 120 day limit for NEXUS applicants who've received conditional approval to first use the appointment scheduling tool is still in effect. It is in addition to the 365 day total limit for completing your interview (and providing any requested follow-up documentation to the CBP or CBSA officer?), not a substitute for it.
On a related note, the CBP website unfortunately now lacks the specific wording it used to have that rescheduling of interviews after the 120 day limit will not run afoul of that limit, but presumably that is still the case.
More discussion about this, and the reason for the confusion, can be found in the TTP thread.

As part of the change from GOES to TTP, CBP is now enforcing a 365-day maximum limit by which the applicant must actually interview (and provide follow-up documents about criminal charges, etc.?) after receiving conditional approval.
Previously, as long as the applicant used the interview scheduling tool within 120 days of receiving conditional approval, they could continuously reschedule, presumably out into eternity.
The 120-day limit for first picking a date seems to have been eliminated.
More discussion is here:
Significant changes/additions in GE, NEXUS, SENTRI app procedures with new TTP site

I was busy until Oct. 4th but found a same day appointment in Toronto.

Mine was processed a whole lot quicker than expected. It took a bit of early morning re-scheduling to get the interview scheduled so quick - the first available interview date at YYZ was December 6th.

(159 days)
Interview: TBD
I was planning on waiting until December to contact them if no notification of any kind had come up by that point. I live overseas (which may have been why it took so long to approve me, perhaps), and won't even get a chance to do the interview until my next Canada trip in April in any case, so I wasn't particularly plussed. It says I have to 'schedule' my appointment by March 8 (120 days from conditional approval), and complete the actual interview within 365 days (November 2018).
