(After I called again that morning to ask what was taking so long, it was approved on GOES within 2 hours. The officer I spoke to that day decided to actually look into the situation and contact the US to formally inquire about the delay. Who knows how much longer I would have had to wait without her assistance. Super appreciative for her help.)

Call the centre in which you interviewed. I had the same problem in YUL airport (see above post) and when I called, everything got fixed in a day and the card came in a week.

Anybody from YYZ, how long did it take for your card to be delivered? Are you able to use Global Entry in YYZ or do you have to use the NEXUS machines (I assume these are different)?

You can use GE in YYZ (with the passport) since you are pre-clearing. Nexus machines are only available upon your return and those you can only use with the Nexus card and not until you receive one.

NEXUS and Global Entry kiosks are not the same. NEXUS card can be used in lieu of your passport at Global Entry kiosks at Canadian pre-clearance airports.

My major delay was in getting conditionally approved. I called the Canadians and Americans multiple times and kept getting told to just wait. Fortunately, however, when I called the Canadian number, 1-800-842-7647, for Residents of Ontario and the United States, I finally got someone who was willing to look into the situation and it was resolved, and I was approved, within about 2 hours. Good luck!

First interview available December 5th

I applied with my wife and my two little boys, I'm hoping they get approved soon so I can get their appointment booked. We have a trip on December 23.
By constantly checking the rescheduling interview option I was able to move ahead my interview to September 28th, and the wife's and kids to Oct 13th. I was approved, and I'm still waiting for my card. ^^^

Initial applications for both my wife and me
Applied online: August 29, 2017
Conditional approval: October 5, 2017
Interview scheduled for: October 10, 2017

I could have scheduled it for the 5th, but was afraid that we wouldn't make it in time, plus the wife is out of town. She was on her way out, when I realized that we'd been approved. I tried to get her to hop off her Amtrak and catch a bus right back to town. She told me, in no uncertain terms, that wasn't happening. Next best option is the 10th!

365 day limit for interview after conditional approval

As part of the change from GOES to TTP, CBP is now enforcing a 365-day maximum limit by which the applicant must actually interview (and provide follow-up documents about criminal charges, etc.?) after receiving conditional approval.

Previously, as long as the applicant used the interview scheduling tool within 120 days of receiving conditional approval, they could continuously reschedule, presumably out into eternity.

The 120-day limit for first picking a date seems to have been eliminated.

More discussion is here:

Significant changes/additions in GE, NEXUS, SENTRI app procedures with new TTP site
