List of Global Entry Enrollment Centers

Post your walk-in experiences in the Wiki. If you cannot update the Wiki, then please post in the thread, and someone will paste your data point. Please format it as such under the enrollment center where you attempted to walk-in:

Yes/No [If Yes, put how long you waited in brackets] (Date and time attempted)

If someone in your family had an appointment at that time, please note that, too.

Examples:
Yes [45m] (4/2/2016 10am w/ a family member who had an appointment)
Yes [2h] (4/18/2016 3pm)
No (5/2/2016 12pm w/ a family member who had an appointment)
Yes [25m] (5/10/2016 9am)

Will we even be able to access the TTP office (or terminal for that matter) for the interview since we're only flying domestic (WN)?
As far as I know, the TTP office is still in the Jeppesen (main) Terminal kind of near the International Arrivals area. It's on the other side of an unstaffed, big, metal door. I think there is actually a telephone outside the door that you pick up to announce your arrival for an interview (but it's been a few years that I actually looked at that).

Apologize in advance if this is the wrong thread but does anyone have any recent experiences doing walk-ins at ATL? I did manage to get an appointment in the near future but given that I might head to ATL earlier I would like to stop by the office.

GE Entry walk-in renewal interview experience at MIA airport

Just adding a data point to this thread. I was conditionally approved for Global Entry renewal in February 2022, three and a half months after applying. I couldn’t find either remote or in-person interview slots at the time.

Last week I had a trip to Miami, and thought I would try walking in without an appointment. According to the DHS website, the Miami office should be open until 10 PM. However on my arrival, I got to the office at 9:15 PM and it was closed. My departure flight was a few days later in the afternoon so I got to the office at around 12:45 PM and it was open at that time. I waited in the waiting area with five other people. About five minutes later, an officer came out and asked each of us if we had appointments, and if we had brought our passports and another form of ID proving our US address. Everyone else in the waiting area had an appointment time. People were brought back into the back office three at a time. It was a pretty quick process, and those three people left about five minutes later. The officer came back out, and checked with new arriving people in the waiting area. As a walk in, I sat through three cycles of bringing those with appointments into the back office. I waited 20 to 25 minutes before being called into the back office.

My interview was fairly quick. My fingerprints were collected again, and a new picture was taken. I was asked if I had been to Mexico or Canada in the past five years, and what the purpose of all of my travel is.

The officer told me that my full approval would not go through until the results of my fingerprinting came back, and that that could be up to two weeks. The next day, I got an email that a change had occurred in my account. I logged in, and I am showing as fully approved with validity date extended for five years.

FYI the global entry office in Miami airport is on level 2 (with the check-in counters), at terminal J. It is at the very far end of terminal J, very near the end of the building, by door 32.

Just confirmed in-person that ATL doesn’t take walk-ins. A bit frustrating since the office was completely empty.

Interesting - says on TTP site that they do walkins in ATL from 8am-4pm, M-F.

No walk-ins at BOS

Tried to walk in for my initial interview on April 14 at terminal E in BOS (I received my email notice of conditional approval in the prior week). The global entry interview area is arrivals level on the far right, in between the bag transfer desk and the door leading to terminal C. There is a sign on the door that says "no walk-ins - appointment only" but a CBP officer saw me standing there for a minute and came over to speak with me. He was very nice and said I should have no problem with an enrollment on arrival interview at the border when I return from a trip through BOS next month.

Also no walk-ins at EWR

Was in Newark on Monday, May 2, 2022 and had a few hours to kill in Terminal B. Went down to the global entry interview office at baggage claim and was turned away. Signs state no walk-ins. Seems to be consistent with the last information entered here in the wiki from 5 years ago

Does anyone else know if LAX is doing walk-ins? Our two year old has conditional approval. Tried to do EOA in MIA but it was a freaking nightmare of a wait so we left. Have a domestic trip to LA coming up so just wondering.

The Los Angeles enrollment center is not located at the airport; it is a few miles to the east and south at 11099 S. La Cienega Blvd., Suite #155, Los Angeles, California 90045. According to the CBP enrollment centers listing, they interview "by appointment only."

Hi, appreciated the MIA review Joja! I had a 20:00 PM scheduled renewal interview in July and the office was also closed, on trip arrival walking from terminal D to J (sheesh). Couldn't try the walk-in due to early bird flight departure later in the week.

Sorry for the late response on this… I did not have a scheduled appointment anywhere else. I couldn’t find a suitable one (so just took the opportunity while traveling to/from MIA to try a walk-in which thankfully worked out for me)

Hi all - just wondering if it's possible to complete a walk-in intervew at Toronto, if arriving directly from the UK? I'm guessing i'd need to be arriving from the US, but wanted to double-check whether or not it was possible.

Will potentially be returning to the UK from Toronto via ORD, so if that ends up being the case, should I be able to complete a walk-in (subject to availability) at ORD when transiting from Canada as a UK citizen?
