List of Global Entry Enrollment Centers

Post your walk-in experiences in the Wiki. If you cannot update the Wiki, then please post in the thread, and someone will paste your data point. Please format it as such under the enrollment center where you attempted to walk-in:

Yes/No [If Yes, put how long you waited in brackets] (Date and time attempted)

If someone in your family had an appointment at that time, please note that, too.

Examples:
Yes [45m] (4/2/2016 10am w/ a family member who had an appointment)
Yes [2h] (4/18/2016 3pm)
No (5/2/2016 12pm w/ a family member who had an appointment)
Yes [25m] (5/10/2016 9am)

Disclaimer: These are only data points. There is no guarantee you will be successful as a walk-in.

Can I do a walk-in at the San Ysidro/Otay Mesa (San Diego-Mexico) border office? I have 3 conditional approvals and all are on different dates. Wanna get it all done in one go if possible.

According to <the wikipost in the Global Entry Walk-In Interviews thread>, no one has tried at San Ysidro/Otay Mesa (San Diego-Mexico) border office. You may wish to give them a call first to see if they take walk-ins. Please let us know your result so we can update wiki. Good luck.

Could be coincidence, or maybe emailing that link really does help - so thanks to whoever shared it!

So to summarize the data:
- wife and I both applied 7/29
- she was approved 8/1
- I was approved 8/15 after emailing

For the interview, thanks to those who recommended trying locations other than Boston, as we've continued checking Boston multiple times each day this week and the message still says "Currently there are no available appointments at this enrollment center". There are appointments available, but not until March 2018 in RI, and Feb 2018 in CT.

I'm seriously considering taking our chances and just trying to walk-in at Boston...
Update 2:

Today, my wife and I decided to try a walk-in at Boston and it worked!

They took care of all the people who had appointments first, then the walk-ins. There were 5 people there for walk-ins by the time we went in (including 2 who were with others who had an appointment).

Total wait time for us was a little over an hour, and they interviewed us at the same time. The officer just verbally verified our addresses, then took our photos and fingerprints. He and didn't even want our ID's...just the approval letter and passports. Total interview time was about 5 mins, and we both got the email notifying us of being approved within an hour.

I'm SUPER thankful I joined this forum and got the head's up about walk-ins - thanks to everyone! (At last check yesterday, Boston STILL wasn't allowing us to schedule an appointment)

You did give your ID - your passport. It's the gold standard for identification. There is no reason to present any other identification document when presenting a passport.

Well, yeah. I'm just noting it because Global Entry specifically says to bring proof of residence to the interview (i.e. driver's license, utility bill, etc).

That's different. Unfortunately, while a passport is the gold standard for identification, it does little for proving where you live.

Thought I'd add my data point here. Indian citizen with US LPR card.
Applied: Monday, August 28, 2017.
Conditional approval: Friday, September 1, 2017.

Now I have tentatively scheduled my appointment at Hartford BDL on 10 Feb 2018. Any idea how and if I can get an earlier appointment? Also anyone had luck with walk-in at BDL? I'm traveling to Den next week so I can try my luck with walk in there, anyone had walk in success at DEN?

Thanks.

Great, you received your conditional approval really fast. Check the website daily and who knows you will get lucky. Have you documents ready with you.

Since you will be traveling between BDL and DEN, go ahead and try to walk-in. No harm. Again, you might get lucky.

Good luck!

A data point for BOS.

Walked in on September 1 around 2:30pm. Waited for about 90 minutes, but finally got the interview and acceptance update later that evening.
