Submitted "Ask Us a Question" form: 10/2/2019 - no response aside from canned email
Submitted "Ask Us a Question" form: 12/10/2019 around 11am PST
Conditionally Approved: 12/10/2019 around 3pm PST

Received notice of Question being closed and Survey of experience 30 minutes after being CA'd.

Conditionally Approved after submitting the "Ask Us a Question" form on CBP's website. I would post a link here, but I'm not allowed to until I've posted 5 times.

Mine took 167 days (Applied 6/15)to get CA and from reading all the posts (Yes, I was reading all new posts every few days before getting my CA), that's about the time frame they are running lately so you should be hearing from them soon, good luck!

6/21/2019 - Applied
12/12/2019 - Conditional Approval

First Available Interview Appt???? September 22, 2020!!! Seriously? Geez. Took 174 days just to find out I could still have an even longer wait ahead (assuming I don't have a return international flight before then; I just returned from one a few weeks ago)

Thank you for your help! Could you please specify where to find the email form?

I logged in to TTP account page, scroll to the bottom and find "Contact Support", none of the 3 CBP Support links direct me to a email form page.

Thanks again!!

Please check frequently as cancellations often take place and appointments become available.

I see a lot of experiences here regarding renewal. But for a first timer, is it also a 6+ month process?

Finally received Conditional Approval

My son finally received Conditional Approval yesterday (12/12/2019). He applied on June 24. It took 172 days. My wife, daughter, and I all got CA within 10 days earlier this year. My son had taken a 2-week trip to eastern Europe last summer and visited 10 different countries. I suspect that may have caused his CA to be delayed.
