Final installment of how long is this going to take?!

Hubby and I applied 8/11/19.
I was conditionally approved 8/15/19.
Had interview and received approval 8/18/19.

Hubby never received approval as his account was deleted because we live in NY. I think that was 2/20.
Hubby reapplied 9/20 when he found out NY was back in the program.
After several rescheduled appointments because of work, hubby had interview today 1/10/21 and was approved same day.

Hubby had absolutely no questions asked of him during the interview. However, they called him afterwards with a few questions because of a legal issue. He emailed them the paperwork and was approved in an hour.

Best of luck to all you waiting.

Just keep checking.

According to this post in the Global Entry Enrollment Interview Availability thread, BOS opened up the February schedule on December 29. If this pattern holds, March appointments should open up towards the end of January.

Applied 1/9/21
Conditionally Approved 1/11/21
Currently planning to do enrollment on arrival for a trip in March since thats the only way to do it at my home airport. Closest enrollment center had scattered appointments open later this month though.
I previously had PreCheck only that expires later this year.

I applied for Global Entry for my son on Nov 18, 2020. We received the status change email (meaning conditional approval) in the middle of the following night, which would have been the evening of Nov 19 in the US. It was about 36 hours after applying. We're expats living in Africa, and we're 5 hours ahead of the US East Coast. We were planning to be in the US for awhile Dec 2020 - Jan 2021, so I made an appointment at EWR in early Jan 2021. The agent that conducted the interview said after the interview that he was approved, but the status change to Approved didn't come through on his TTP account until a few days ago, about 2 weeks after the interview.

In the meantime, however, I got a new passport and I can't change it on the DHS website. Will I face any problems when attending the GE interview with my passport?
Not quite the same, but my wife and I are already Global Entry members. We both got new passports recently. I could update my wife's passport online, but I couldn't update mine. I got a message saying that I needed to visit an interview center. Well, I couldn't set up an interview because I am already approved (have been for several years).

Fortunately, my son had an interview appointment, and I had to take him because he is a minor. I took my passport along to the interview. I told the agent doing his interview about my problem. He took care of it for me, and updated my passport information.

Glad to hear you were successful getting your passport issued resolved. For future reference, an appointment is not required (and is not possible) for a TTP profile update visit to a GE enrollment center - such as your scenario of needing an enrollment center's assistance with a passport update. Just visit such a center and explain the update needed - no appointment is needed.
