I am sure CA call as C, as I was on a UA award initially the agent book me in C on the 332 on CA. I think it should be "Shang Wu" instead of "Shang Ye".

Asian carriers usually use C and Y for 2 class planes.

Did your boarding pass print 商務艙 or 頭等艙 ? If it is the former, then it is C.

Oh btw, since you have no idea what sort of meat and soup, I assume no menus ?
