Great report, though pretty exhausting sounding travels. I think that combination of sleep deprivation and constant drinking would render me more than a little delirious. Nice to hear some positive AC experiences though - I generally seem to have good experiences with them as well.
I laughed at your comment about Cork on Heroes. I only just watched that episode the other day, but despite never having been to Cork (or, indeed Ireland) I couldn't help but think that it looked like a fairly poor attempt at creating the illusion of being in Cork.
