2006 Dom Perignon Brut, Champagne, France
The 2006 vintage continues the Dom Perigean tradition of being an exceptional wine from 100% Grand Cru vineyards. The wine is bright, airy and refreshing on the nose with a floral, fruity tone. On the palate, the wine is succulent with great flavour and has a long finish.

Krug Grande Cuvee
Founded in Reims in 1843, the House of Krug is now managed by the 5th and 6th generations of the Krug family. Rigorous selection and care go into every detail of the multi-vintage Grande Cuvee, which offers a magical combination of aromatic complexity, power and finesse with a long, lingering finish. Krug is the ultimate experience in Champagne.

White Wine

2015/16 Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand
Dog Point achieved immediately cult status when first released in 2004. This was not surprising given the pedigree and experience of the founding partners, Viticulturist Ivan Sutherland and oenologist James Healy both held key roles at Cloudy Bay for over a decade before beginning their Dog Point collaboration. Dog Point is estate grown and boasts some of the region's finest vineyard sites.

2012 Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis 1er Cru Beauregard AOC, Burgundy, France
A vibrant, attractive Chablis that offers charming flavors of grapefruit, lemon and minerals. As one would expect from a top premier cru Chablis, the wine offers a minerally, slightly salty finish. Made from 30 year old vines on classic Chablis terror - Kimmeridgian soil that has layers of limestone, marl and marine fossils. Jean-Marc Brocard crafts charming Chablis, combining linear acidity with lovely depth of flavors. Enjoy with light seafood dishes.

Red Wine

2010 Louis Latour Chateau Corton-Grancey Grand Cru, Cote de Beaune, France
A vibrant red Burgundy that displays the chase and savory, earthy character of the Corton Granny vineyard. This is an elegant red Burgundy that is very consistent year after year in offering sweet red berry flavours that are layered with bay leaf, thyme and an earthy finish. In this fantastic vintage, the Corton has more flesh and density than usual with a fine line of acidity running through it.

2006/7 Chateau Rauzan-Segla, Margaux, France
Classified as a "Second Growth" in 1855, second only to Chateau Margaux itself, the 51-hectare Rauzan-Segla estate has maintained this ranking across three centuries. Now under the meticulous ownership of the Wertheimer family, better known for their Chanel fashion brand, no effort is spared to make the best wine possible. 2007 is a lovely vintage with fragrance on the nose and fine texture on the palate, showing to perfection the depth and character from Rauzan-Segla's vineyards with the hallmark elegance of the Margaux appellation.

2012 Penfolds RWT Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia
Penfolds' best red wines are revered around the world, as is their Chief Winemaker - Peter Gago. RWT stands for "red wine trial", an experiment to see what would happen when the wine from old Barossa Shiraz was aged in French rather than American oak barrels. Since its first release in 1977, RWT has become an iconic wine of great reputation and quality. Excellent with most poultry or beef dishes.

2013 Henschke Keyneton Euphonium, Eden Valley, Australia
Henschke was established in 1888 and today, still in family hands, is one of Australia's oldest and most revered winemakers. Euphonium is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot with a splash of Cabernet Franc proving that with wine the sum is often greater than the parts. A fine and classic medium bodied red displaying typical Eden Valley elegance, spice and balance. A highly rated wine from a highly rated vintage.

Port

Dow's 20 Year Old Port, Douro, Portugal
With twenty years of cask aging, this Port has acquired a gorgeous aroma of dried flowers, toffee, sweet spices and dried figs. The tannins have softened and evolved into a silky texture with subtle, layered flavours that are persistent on the finish. A beautifully balanced Port that can be enjoyed on its own or with cheese or dessert.

2015/16 Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand
Dog Point achieved immediately cult status when first released in 2004. This was not surprising given the pedigree and experience of the founding partners, Viticulturist Ivan Sutherland and oenologist James Healy both held key roles at Cloudy Bay for over a decade before beginning their Dog Point collaboration. Dog Point is estate grown and boasts some of the region's finest vineyard sites.

2012 Jean-Marc Brocard Chablis 1er Cru Beauregard AOC, Burgundy, France
A vibrant, attractive Chablis that offers charming flavors of grapefruit, lemon and minerals. As one would expect from a top premier cru Chablis, the wine offers a minerally, slightly salty finish. Made from 30 year old vines on classic Chablis terror - Kimmeridgian soil that has layers of limestone, marl and marine fossils. 2010 Louis Latour Chateau Corton-Grancey Grand Cru, Cote de Beaune, France
A vibrant red Burgundy that displays the chase and savory, earthy character of the Corton Granny vineyard. This is an elegant red Burgundy that is very consistent year after year in offering sweet red berry flavours that are layered with bay leaf, thyme and an earthy finish. In this fantastic vintage, the Corton has more flesh and density than usual with a fine line of acidity running through it.

2006/7 Chateau Rauzan-Segla, Margaux, France
Classified as a "Second Growth" in 1855, second only to Chateau Margaux itself, the 51-hectare Rauzan-Segla estate has maintained this ranking across three centuries. Now under the meticulous ownership of the Wertheimer family, better known for their Chanel fashion brand, no effort is spared to make the best wine possible. 2007 is a lovely vintage with fragrance on the nose and fine texture on the palate, showing to perfection the depth and character from Rauzan-Segla's vineyards with the hallmark elegance of the Margaux appellation.

2012 Penfolds RWT Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia
Penfolds' best red wines are revered around the world, as is their Chief Winemaker - Peter Gago. RWT stands for "red wine trial", an experiment to see what would happen when the wine from old Barossa Shiraz was aged in French rather than American oak barrels. Since its first release in 1977, RWT has become an iconic wine of great reputation and quality. Excellent with most poultry or beef dishes.

Henschke was established in 1888 and today, still in family hands, is one of Australia's oldest and most revered winemakers. Euphonium is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot with a splash of Cabernet Franc proving that with wine the sum is often greater than the parts. All their wines are made from family owned vineyards. This wine is classic Marlborough - fresh, vibrant and delicious with distinctive Sauvignon Blanc leafiness.

2015 Albert Bichot, Saint-Vieran, Macon, Burgundy, France
Albert Bichot is one of the top producers of Saint-Vieran and this 2015 is a wonderful example of the round, creamy, generous style of white wines that they produce from Chardonnay grapes planted on limestone rock. Enjoy the white floral, citrus nose which opens up to ripe yellow fruits, hazelnuts and spices. The finish is crisp, balanced and lingering, with a touch of minerality. For more and more people, white wines from Saint-Vieran and Pouilly-Fuisse, are increasingly becoming the go-to regions for delicious, friendly, medium-bodied whites from Burgundy. Dandelion is an exciting partnership between renaissance wine man Zar Brooks, and his highly acclaimed winemaker wife Elena. The grapes for Lioness were sourced from Angus and Helen Tuck's vineyard in McLaren Vale. This wine was fermented traditionally in open fermenters, aged predominantly in older French oak barriques and was bottled without filtration. The result is a Gold Medal winning Shiraz from an exceptional vintage.

Enjoy the white floral, citrus nose which opens up to ripe yellow fruits, hazelnuts and spices. The finish is crisp, balanced and lingering, with a touch of minerality.
